What is the effect of refusal by the promise to accept correct tender of goods and money? 3. What are the rights and obligations of a finder of goods? 4. What are the different kinds of Agents? Under Law. 5. What are the rights of a partner? Under Commercial Act. 6. What do you think about negotiable instrument? 7. Define a ‘bill of lading’. How is it different from a charter party? 8. What is meant by actual total loss and constructive total loss in marine insurance? PART B — (4 ? 15 = 60 marks) Answer any FOUR questions. 9. State briefly the duties of an agent?
