About K.L.N. College of Engineering
K.L.N. College of Engineering is the first Selffinancing
Co-educational Engineering College in
Madurai, started in 1994. A committee of eminent
Industrialists and Academicians led by a great
visionary, philanthropist and industrialist
Shri. K.L.N. Krishnan sponsored this college. This
college has been approved by All India Council for
Technical Education, New Delhi and affiliated to
Anna University. This college is an ISO 9001 : 2000
certified institution.

My College is ISO 9001:2000 Certified institution. It is approved by AICTE,New Delhi and affliated to Anna University, Chennai. College Management offers cash award to the students those who score above 80% in curriculum and maintain 100% attendance. It often conducts Development Programs for students. Faculty Development Program is also conducted for staffs. Training and Placement Cell is an integral part of the institute. Training activities are organized through out the year in an effort towards preparing the prospective students to succeed in campus recruitment drive. This process of imparting job ready talents has been carried out effectively by faculty drawn from all the engineering and non-engineering departments. This has resulted in placement of a good number of students in Multinational companies right from the pre-final year onwards.
