About Birla College of Arts Science & Commerce
Birla College, established in 1972, an affiliate of the University of Mumbai is a multi-faculty institution of higher education with an enrolment of more than 8,500 students. The college campus is spread over 20 acres in the prime locality of Kalyan City (54 kms from Mumbai).
Birla college was established in 1972 through the dedicated efforts of Kalyan Charity Trust and Kalyan Citizens` Education Society.
Birla college of Arts,Science and Commerce, an affiliate of the University of Mumbai is a multifaculty institution of higher education that has more than 8500 students on its rolls, pursuing studies in several under-graduate and post-graduate courses. The college has been accredited with a Five Star Status by The National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC), Bangalore in 2002. The College has now been Reaccreditated with a CGPA of 3.37 on four point scale 'A' Grade, in April 2008.
