Stain Glass Cottage is a homestay in the beautiful location of Per-Seraulim in South Goa. Stain Glass Cottage, a Portuguese style is at a distance of 2.5km from Colva and Betalbatim beach. A colonial home in the middle of coconut trees and tropical fruit trees is this Stain Glass Cottage.
The cottage is decorated beautifully and bountifully to ensure a homely atmosphere for the guests.
Accomodation
There are five rooms in this Stain Glass cottage, out of which 3 rooms are airconditioned and 2 have natural ventilation. All the bedrooms have attached bathroom with 24 hours running hot and cold water, and have access to a balcony or terrace with view to the garden.
Master Suite
A room in the ground floor with exclusive access to the courtyard and the car park. This room is furnished with the elegancy of the Portuguese style and have a cozy teak wood interiors and wardrobes. The room is not airconditioned but is naturally ventilated. A four poster bed and rustic ceramic flooring takes the inmates to the olden times.
Green Room
Located on the 1st floor of the cottage this room have independent access to a spacious balcony and is decorated with stain glass windows to match the interiors. The room is air-conditioned with modern interiors and modern Sanitary ware. The room have natural lighting and ventilation too.
Orange Room
A very lively decorated room on the first floor with access to the balcony independently and is decorated with Orange Colour Stain glass giving the name for this room have modern interiors and modern facilities in the bathroom.
Yellow Room
A room that gives a contemporary look with Yellow stain glass windows and gives a fun feeling. This rom is located on the first room of the cottage with access to the balcony. Modern interiors and wardrobes makes the room more lively.
Tower Room
Located on the mezzanine floor this room can be reached from the kitchen with ease and is not air-conditioned but is provided with a ceiling fan and natural lighting.

Facilities in Stain Glass Cottage All the rooms can be accessed both from inside and exclusively from the outside too. The Stain Glass Cottage have a large living and dining area and a huge patio for relaxation. A very huge courtyard and a parking area for 2 cars comes with this Stain Glass Cottage. Separate and independent servant and maid quarters inside the compound gives an advantage of having helping hand at ease.
There is an inhouse library and the TV is connected to cable TV connection and a DVD player. There is also a music system to enjoy favourite music.
One can play the board games and use the internet whenever needed. There is a bar too inside this Stain Glass Cottage.
A baby sitter is provided on request and so the parents can enjoy their stay calmly and pleasantly in here.
Food and Services
Food is served in the dining area and snacks are available in the kitchen. Breakfast is served between 8.00am to 11.00am in the dining area.
The rooms are cleaned once every day and the linens are changed twice.
Picnic lunches and dinners are arranged on request.
Beach Towels and Umbrellas are available.
To and fro transfer from the airport is also arranged on request.
