Membership Levels & Member Bonus Program

IndiaStudyChannel.com was started in April 2007, by a small group of Indian students as part of their academic project. Now, more than 30 students & professionals have joined our core group and we are still growing. We divide significant portion of our revenue between all students and professionals who contribute to this site, including our founders and new members.

Membership levels are calculated based on the total points earned by posting content in various sections of this site and by achieving various awards from us.

Bronze: upto 50 Points

Silver: 50 to 500 Points

Gold: 501 to 5000 Points

Diamond: 5001 to 25000 Points AND 1,000 points earned in last 12 months

Platinum: Above 25000 Points AND 10,000 points earned in last 12 months

NOTE:

Effective 1 Jan 2010, the minimum points required for each level will change as per this announcement.

Effective 1 Jan 2010, Diamond & Platinum level members will lose 1 level if they haven't earned the base points in last 12 months. Base points are 1000 for DIAMOND level and 10000 for PLATINUM level.

Silver level and above are eligible for Cash Credits in various sections.

GOLD level and above are Eligible for AdSense revenue sharing program and Kontera revenue sharing

DIAMOND AND PLATINUM members may be eligible for various prizes and bonus programs announced by management from time to time.
